När kommer nästa faktura?
Vi fakturerar den 20:e i varje månad, eller den närmaste arbetsdagen innan detta datum.
Har jag betalat min faktura?
För att få svar på om din faktura är betald, vänligen kontakta vår kundservice. De kommer att kunna ge dig information om betalningsstatusen och svara på eventuella frågor du kan ha angående din faktura. Vårt kundserviceteam är dedikerat att hjälpa dig med alla frågor och bekymmer relaterade till fakturering och betalning. Tveka inte att nå ut till dem för att få den information du behöver.
Vad menas med sen avbokning?
Vid sen avbokning innebär det att det bokade städtillfället debiteras fullt ut utan möjlighet till RUT-avdrag. En sen avbokning innebär att tjänsten inte utförs och enligt Skatteverkets regler vilket innebär att vi inte kan dra RUT på en tjänst som inte har genomförts. Vårt personalteam som är schemalagda för städningen har rätt till sin avtalade lön och därför debiteras den fullständiga kostnaden för det avbokade tillfället. Vi förstår att ibland kan oförutsedda händelser uppstå, men det är viktigt att vara medveten om att vid sen avbokning gäller dessa policyer för att säkerställa att vårt personalteam ersätts rättvist för deras tid och arbete.
Vad menas med frysning och varför ska jag betala 150kr?
Frysning av avtalet innebär att ni väljer att pausa städtjänsten under minst en månads tid. Under denna period sparas inga timmar i timbanken, och istället tillkommer en frysavgift på 150 kr. Denna avgift täcker de administrativa kostnaderna för att blockera er tid och personal i schemat samt säkerställa att ni kan återgå till samma städfrekvens och ha samma personal efter uppehållet.
Hur lång uppsägningstid har jag?
Uppsägningstiden är 1 månad från det datum du skriftligen skickar in din uppsägning. Det betyder att efter att du har skickat in din uppsägning, kommer städtjänsten att fortsätta i ytterligare en månad innan den avslutas. Det ger oss tillräckligt med tid att organisera och planera för en smidig övergång och säkerställa att ni får en fullständig städservice under uppsägningstiden.
